Terms and Conditions – PHDream VIP

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PHDream VIP ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PHDream VIP platform at phdreamvip.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the PHDream VIP platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Access to PHDream VIP is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. PHDream VIP does not permit access to any person under 21 years old, without exception.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee of PHDream VIP or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the PHDream VIP platform.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your place of residence.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. PHDream VIP makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location beyond the Philippines.

To access real-money games on PHDream VIP, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on PHDream VIP. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a shared device — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, PHDream VIP reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit promotional balances, and retain winnings pending a full review.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Never share your password, one-time PIN (OTP), or account access with any third party.
• PHDream VIP will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, even if conducted by another person using your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact PHDream VIP support immediately via live chat.

All transactions on PHDream VIP are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PHDream VIP supports the following deposit methods for players in the Philippines:

• GCash – minimum deposit ₱100
• Maya – minimum deposit ₱100
• Philippine bank transfer – minimum deposit as indicated in the Deposit page

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. PHDream VIP does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

All funds deposited must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered PHDream VIP account holder — are not accepted and will be reversed. PHDream VIP reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible — GCash wallet, Maya wallet, or the Philippine bank account registered under your name. Cross-method withdrawals may be permitted at PHDream VIP's sole discretion following successful identity verification.

Before a withdrawal is approved, your account must pass full KYC verification, including age confirmation (21+) and matching identity documentation. PHDream VIP targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page; actual credit times depend on the payment provider.

• Withdrawal requests submitted while a verification review is pending may be placed on hold until the review is complete.
• PHDream VIP reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms before they become withdrawable.
• Funds deposited in error may be returned less any transaction fees incurred.

PHDream VIP may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

General rules that apply to all PHDream VIP promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified account.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be made.
• PHDream VIP reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through systematic or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the PHDream VIP platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of PHDream VIP intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PHDream VIP and its officers, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for:

• Any loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, or banks).
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Game outcomes produced by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes.

Nothing in these Terms limits PHDream VIP's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

PHDream VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The account is a duplicate of another registered account.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to PHDream VIP or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment source. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat.

PHDream VIP may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the PHDream VIP platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the PHDream VIP platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
